Acceptable Use Policy
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of LatamSul’s Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, including but not limited to voice calls, video calls, messaging, and any other related services (collectively referred to as “Services”). By continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Purpose The purpose of this AUP is to:

- Protect our customers, network, and resources from abuse and illegal activities
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Scope
This AUP applies to all users of LatamSul’s Services, including but not limited to customers, their employees, agents, and any third parties accessing or using the Services through the customer’s account.
4. General Use Guidelines 4.1. Legal and Ethical Use Users must use the Services in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from using the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. 4.2. Account Security Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. Any suspected unauthorized use of an account should be reported immediately to LatamSul. 4.3. Service Integrity Users must not interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.
5. Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited: 5.1. Illegal Use Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in support of illegal activities. 5.2. Harassment and Abuse Engaging in activities that harass, threaten, or abuse others, including but not limited to making unwanted calls, sending unsolicited messages, or any form of stalking. You shall not use the Service or the Device in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, or any similar behavior. 5.3. Fraud and Misrepresentation Using the Services to engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent identity, providing altered, deceptive, or false information about the identity of the sender or a call’s origin. 5.4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications Sending unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or any form of spam. 5.5. 6. Fair Usage Policy 6.1. Reasonable Use Our unlimited plans are designed for reasonable and normal business use. “Reasonable Use” means the customer’s use of the Service does not materially impair LatamSul’s ability to provide the Service to other users. 6.2. Usage Limits Unlimited plans are subject to a monthly usage limit of 600 minutes per line. Usage exceeding this limit may be considered unreasonable and subject to additional charges or service modifications. 6.3. Prohibited Uses for Unlimited Plans Unlimited plans cannot be used for:

LatamSul reserves the right to monitor the use of Services for compliance with this AUP and the applicable laws, including with the use of traffic analytics. We may disclose information regarding your use of the Services to satisfy any law, regulation, government request, or to protect our rights and property.

LatamSul participates and operates in full compliance with all official Traceback Requests received from the Industry Traceback Group (ITG). If LatamSul believes that you have used the Service for an unlawful purpose, we may forward the relevant communication and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You hereby consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities.
9.2. Law Enforcement
LatamSul will provide information in response to law enforcement requests, including, but not limited to, subpoenas, court orders, and requests for wire taps etc., from the government under the Patriot Act, to protect its rights and property and in the case where failure to disclose the information may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.
10. Modifications to the AUP
LatamSul reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
